Ive been trying out if m115s and om616s have the same bellhousing pattern, the flywheel is the same, but i cant find a difinitive answer on the bell housing.
I'm also in search of a rebuild kit for a w123 4-speed manual Any help is really appreciated |

Trans parts are piece-by-piece for both the iron box and the aluminum box. An additional caveat should probably be included: There are two means of centering the gearbox to the intermediate plate (IP) and thereby to the crankshaft. 1) The bell housing of the iron box has a peripheral ring which matches a recess in the IP. 2) The bell housing of the aluminum box is centered by two dowels between it and the IP. The later IP as used with the aluminum box also has the recess which matches the iron box, but the earlier IP does not have provision for the dowels of the aluminum box.
