Passenger side rotor scraping caliper
Anyone have any experience with their passenger side brake rotor scraping the caliper during left turns? Car has the E420 4 piston upgrade, but upgrade was done years ago and never had any issue. Brake pads and rotors are new, calipers were rebuilt last year, wheel bearing is new, tires are new....I'm kinda lost. Thanks

Did you replace the hoses too? How are the wheel bearings?

You need to check, adjust regrease or replace your wheel bearing.

I replaced the wheel bearings in April and used the MB green bearing grease. I checked them last night and they both were fine. Front passenger rotor has scraping mark towards the medial section of the rotor. Brake hoses were replaced about 2-3 years ago, brakes were bled and fluid was changed about 6 mos ago. It seems that when I turn left and the front passenger side compresses, that's when the scraping occurs. It seems to only be on the inside of the rotor.

I agree it must be the bearings loose.

Passenger side rotor scraping caliper: RESOLVED.
It ended up being the caliper pistons sticking. Since the calipers wouldn't push out the brake pads to sandwich the rotors, the sides of the calipers ended up sticking out further than the pads and ended up scraping the rotor. Thanks to all who chimed in.
