My car has about 90,000 km. When I push down on the front of the car (left/right/center), a creaking sound comes from the area around the wheels. It doesn't do this when the car has sat overnight.

Any diagnosis?

regards.

There have been many updated suspension parts for the 140 chasis. Some of which include but are not limited to ball joints, lower control arm bushings and others.

How about the 126? My 1983 300SD has some creaks and doesn't track quite straight down the road. I know it needs a ball joint and new shocks. It does have the newer 15" wheels but bought it with junk tires 205/65R14 which I understand should be 205/60R14H but don't have the $$$ right now to do all the work. Any ideas appreciated.
Thanks.
