Reverse lights not working and instrument cluster

Hello!

W460 300d. 1989.

Reverse lights not working but the fuse is ok. All other lights working at rear…any advice?

Also what is the switch next to the emergency button? Can’t put a photo on with the mobile. Will do later from my laptop.
