Quick question---how to access the oil filter on this car?
Not so quick question---how difficult is a break job for this car? (I have done this before on domestic cars....disk and drum)
Stupid question---why are there bolts AND clamps on the airbox? Any help would be appreciated

The oil filter on 104.981 motor is locate at rear of engine at driver side you do need a special tool to remove it.
If you have experience how to replace brake pad you should able to do it.
The bolts & clamps is hold the air filter top cover to the housing.

Steanson, Go check out the "Do it yourself" section on the site. You will see a brake job for a 124 chasis E420/400E. It will be about the same job.
