W124 Horrible noise in wheel well after alignment. Brakes?
 

I just got a full 4 wheel alignment and after driving the for about 15 mins i noticed a horrible grinding/shrieking noise coming from the driver side wheel well. This noise only comes when i am rolling towards a stop or starting from a stop. While driving there is no noise.

Is this some indication that i need new brake pads? The noise doesn't really come on when using the brakes, just when going really slow or crawling.

Only coming from the drivers side.

Why would an alignment induce this.. is it just bad timing?
