blower motor

2000 mercedes e 320 question??? is it normal for the interior blower motor to blow a small amount of air from vents when the ignition switch is turn on engine not started climate control turned off. thanks for your help.

is it draining the battery? in this thread there was a 95 e320 with a similar issue. one user made the suggestion of testing the blower regulator.

no its not running down the battery, and its weird because when i first turn the key on its blowing a small amount of air from the side vents only with climate control off, but if i turn key off then back on no more air, i read other comments but no luck.
