m103 cap and rotor question

Here is the question. Is there anything that can cause the number 2 and 5 cylinders (180 degrees apart on cap) to not fire besides a bad cap/rotor? The wires are good as I tested them in the firing cylinders. Im not even talking about fuel problems etc becasue there is no spark at those 2 cylinders. Maybe crank position sensor or EZL? The engine is used so I dont know if it was doing it before and the cap and rotor do show some wear. Thanks.

One thing to check is the rotor bracket, the metal part that the rotor attaches to. Make sure it hasn't cracked.
