The engine was getting the air due to an intermittently sticking throttle linkage. ;( I'll put that fire out after I get it running.

I backed the SP up to the top edge of the straight section of the intake cone. Just the FD and ignition system; limp home. No run. Repeat dropping the SP by 1/2 turn of the screw until I finally got a cough. Drop by 1/4 turn. Finally got the engine running but very weak. Repeat. As the car sits now, it will crank and run with a smooth idle. Holding around 800 RPMs. Checked the FD pressures again. It dropped to 0.3 bar. So I'll pull and reset the EHA, then find my vacuum gauge for a final set of the SP. I'll set it for the highest vacuum it will pull. That should be the optimum A/F ratio.

We have the hurricane coming in now so taking a break. When I can get back to it I'll post an update.
