engine number 300E
 
Want to order a fan clutch for my 91' 300E from Fastlane, there are 2 fan clutch part numbers listed depending on engine number range. Not sure what engine number I have, is the engine number on the the engine somewhere?

the engine # should be on the bottom right front of the block just above the oil pan. you may need to clean it a little bit.

The engine serial number is located on the passenger side toward the front close to oil pan level. It should be fairly easy to find.
