w 210 dash instrument control panel
 

Hello any ideals what could've stop my instrument panel from working?? blank screen, nothing works until i disconnect then reconnect the battery, tac works but screen very dim,also the check engine warning lamps doesn't come on only srs, then after sitting over night samething nothing upon start up what can this be?? thank you for your time, a reply is very appreciated.
