M104 Oil Sump PNs

I found the following PNs for the M104 oil pans:

104 014 05 02
104 014 12 02
104 014 13 02
104 014 14 02

Anybody knows what are the differences between these PN's?

I have a 94 E320 that came originally with pan 104 014 12 02 and I want to replace it with 104 014 05 02. Is that OK?
