280 E starting problem
 

just did some work on 280 E engine, now it won't start, new fuel regulator, warm up regulator, spark plug wires, spark plugs, distributor, every thing is hooked up right, but the engine won't fire. Acts like it has a kill switch on or something, then it becomes very flooded and the spark plugs become soaked with gas, the plugs are firing I have already tested this. Also it will start first thing in the morning just for about 20 seconds. HELP!!!!!! Jack
