I've looked through most of the item's on euro headlights but didn't find what I needed. I may have missed it. Does anyone know where I might find info on connecting my vacuum adjusters for my euro headlights on my 84' 300CD. I've got ALL the parts. The MBUSA CD Rom doesn't have much info nor Hayne's or Chilton's. The Diagram I have is a bit vague.

Well, I contacted 1-800-FOR-MERC, spoke with Bernard. He say's that MBUSA carries NO info on "Grey Market" cars, refferring to import's. He did give me a # to call in Deutchland. 011-497-11170 I'll let you know what I find out when I'm able to call.

FYI, did you know that Mercedes will send you, at NO CHARGE, those Parts Picture Catalogs? Those are the ones with all the exploded views of the vehicle. Just call 1-800-FOR-MERC.

Here is what I've found! This attached file shows the Vacuum connections for headlight adjusters. Also shown is the difference between US and Euro electrical plug Connections. The grey/black and grey/red wires (euro) are for the City Lights and can be found connected to the amber corner lights, but I just left them where they were for the side lights.
