Charging battery on 2014 ML 350
 

How may I charge the battery on a 2014 ML 350 short of disconnecting the battery? My automatic Shumacher charger charges in excess of the maximum 14.xx VDC that the owners manual states "do not exceed ...."

This turned out to be simple. Using the AGM setting on a Schumacher charger, the charge did not exceed 14.8 VDC and typically varied between 14.4 & 14.8 VDC.

Further, one of my recently retired Skunk Works neighbor loaned me his variable rate homemade DC charger.
