1973 450 slc air conditioning

I replaced the compresser, dryer, and expantion valve. I also converted it to 134a while I had it apart. now the lowest I hcan get the low pressure is about 45 lbs. and the lowest temp out od the vents is 70 degrees. The fan on the condenser also isn't working (I just bought it and it wasn't working before).

Any Ideas?

Air flow across the condenser is the KEY to the A/C cooling properly. Esp with R134a. So you need to get that little fan working OR install a LARGER fan & wire it to come on whenever the compressor is on!!
