Would anyone know of a site like this that discusses motorcycle issues?

In case somebody knows here is my problem...
I have a 1974 Honda MT 250 Elsinor. I runs fine except for the the following...

When you go towards full throttle the power suddenly cuts off, when you reduce the throttle it runs normally again. Also the carb will flood any time you go over rough terrain or or steep uphill downhill / full throttle applications.
I appreciate any help, I love this site.
