First encounter in a SL300

Guys,
today, I was fortunate enough to have a chance to sit in a '92 SL300. Boy, was it a very nice car. The car had 110k miles on it, and drove like a beauty. The guy who bought it sold his '95 LS400. For a 10 year old car, it sure does drive and look like a new car. The ride is solid, smooth and powerful. Now I'm drooling over the SL. I wonder how much of a beast the SL500 are..............

The solidness and pure, RAW power of the SL500 is amazing! My friend's mom used to have a 99 SL500, and it was a powerful beast! She just traded it in for the new SL500 - haven't ridden in that one yet. (His dad has a 97 SL600; THESE ARE SL PEOPLE!! Even more, convertible people, he has a 323 convert and his dad also has a Ferrari!)
