1999 C230K power window problem...
 
Met a new Mercedes friend this morning, a nice chap with a 1999 C230K.

He's got one minor problem with the car: The driver's side rear door power window won't operate at all. I tried using the SmartKey, to no avail. The door switch won't do it, either.

Any common reasons for this failure?
