Smile Gp Sorensen Question For The Forum

I recently rec'd a FREE set of wires for my 560 SEL (for doing a favor repair of someone else's W126). The guy overheard me say that I needed to change my wires and when my fiance' went to his store for me, he gave her some new ignition wires from GP Sorensen along with a new cap and rotor for my 560 and before I use them, I wanted to know everyone's opinion about these.

I've heard of the company and they're supposed to be pretty good but I was gonna replace with Beru wires and Bosch, etc. I realize that it was thoughtful and I'd rather use these for now only if it does the job sufficiently for my 560. Any opinions are welcome and I'm just curious in general.Anyone else use these?

Use only Bosch rotors! All of the aftermarket ones burn thru as they are more of a plastic material. Try the wires if the total resistance is around 1000 ohms EACH, from end to end.
