Fuel Distributor interchangeability

Can I put a salvage fuel distributor off a 80 450sl on my 77 450Sl?
Also Are there any differences in fuel distributors on SE/L vs. SL 450's from 1977-1980?
Thanks
jmdunn

The 1976 thru 1979 are all the same! The 1980 USA version is different due to lamda control.
