Blower not working at all.

I know the blower is good because I have had it out of the car and applied 12 volts to it. I replaced the blower regulator. What are some of the other things that might cause the blower not to work properly? How can I check the push button that control the AC and blower.

The main thing you need to check out the system at the push button panel is directions to do it, and prefferably a wiring diagram to go along with it. Familiarity with the system helps alot, too.

One possible easy fix is the fuse. There is a seperate fuse just for the blower. It's over on the drivers side shock tower, in front of the main fuse box. I usually describe it as looking like a small black plastic coffin. The lid of this little coffin shaped box flips open, there is a metal strip fuse under there that can blow.
The little box is held down by 2 phillips screws, and has a fairly substantial wire going in to each side of it, should be easy to find

Problem is probably the strip fuse. Assuming that hasn't fixed it, you can check the control voltages coming off of the pushbuttons. You said you have replaced the regulator, so you know where the connector is under the windshield, on the driver's side behind the power steering. Black is ground and red should be battery voltage. The yellow wire is the control voltage. With low button pushed in, you should have 1DCV. High should be 12 DCV and auto should range in between. I've read that the pushbuttons cannot be repaired or replaced and that you will need to buy the entire assembly for about $200. Some posters have supposedly had success cleaning up solder bridges they found on the the main circuit board. The pushbuttons are on a smaller board you might also check if you are not getting the control voltages.

While your checking the fuse, make sure you have key on power to the fuse, if not, odds are the ign switch went feet up.
