1992 190e burns 1 qt of oil every 1800 miles
engine has 89000 miles on it. engine is not smoking. is this excessive oil usage? runs good. |
Mercedes says that the time to have it looked at is when the engine uses more than 1qt every 600mi. I think that I would have it looked at before that though so as not to clog the cat.

1 QT is 946ml..One liter is 1000ml. The difference is that a liter is 54ml more than a QT. Not much.
