Phil is the man, and the techs are great!!!

Hey, Phil the parts guys is the man.

Needed a heating return pipe, named differently in parts catalogs and numbered differently in parts diagrams.

Called Phil, he sent me some diagrams electronically within minutes and within 10 minutes he had ordered the correct part and two days later it was at my door step (today, like Christmas came early).

Job well done Phil,

Again, I've said it before and I'll say it again, I am amazed at the techs who take their valuable time to sit in front of a computer and answer our questions over and over again.
