A/C making funny noise
 

Hello all,

I am having a little trouble with our 190e. The a/c works but not too well. If you turn it on when the car is idling and in park, no noise, if you put it in gear, grinding and wailing. If the a/c is off, there is no noise when it goes into gear. Any ideas?

Also, my rear window saga continues. I tested both of the motors and they work great. I don't know what to try. The switches seem to work. Is there a relay in between the switches and the motors or would it have to be a switch or wire? Any help is appreciated.
