hello,

I have an 83 300SD that had a problem with a fluctating temperature gauge for many years, that seemed to emulate a loose ground. It appears replacing the temp sender with a dealer part finally solved the problem, even though I had replaced it 3 yrs ago with a beck-arnley aftermarket replacement.

Nothing seems to work like genuine parts...
