Automatic to manual swap in '75 240D

I've got a '75 240D with an automatic tranny, the drivetrain works great but the body and interior are totally beat. Another '75 240D just came up for sale with a bad engine (siezed bearing) but the rest of the car is in great shape. I want to buy this car (only $300!) and swap the good engine from my car into it. The only detail that bothers me is that the car I am looking at buying has a manual tranny. Will the flywheel from the other engine bolt onto my engine's crank? Does the crank on my engine have a hole for the pilot bushing or will I have to have one drilled in it? Are there any other issues?

All a direct bolt in job, as long as you have the donor car!! Crank is ready for pilot bearing.

Thanx for the info! Will the engine still be balanced correctly? I've heard that some of the Mercedes engines have the cranks, flywheels, etc. balanced as a unit but supposedly the 240D engine is internal balance and so there won't be any balance trouble with this particular swap?
