1997 C200 vs 1994 E280

I just want some advice.

I currently have a 1997 C200 which I have had since new. Its a good car, although the motor never did do wonders in terms of the old traffic light races.

I have my eye on a 1994 E280. It is totally immaculate, one owner and only 92,000 kms (not miles). I am considering selling and changing over to the E280.

What I want to know is, is it worth it?
Having 2 more cylinders and 0.8 more capacity worth it?

Im having trouble deciding. I know I can rely on u guys for a decision!

Alternative

I'd move to a town with less distance between traffic lights.

heheh.....well I drive everyday on a motorway and through the CBD area in Sydney, Australia. Still, im not on about traffic light races so much, im more talking about effortless power, not constantly holding a gear to keep up with the traffic flow
