380SE Idle control
 

Please can someone tell me where the idle control module is located on a 1982 380SE, and is there an adjustment in it change the idle speed, my idle is too low.

It is in the narrow area in front of the windshield, more toward the drivers side in a black box a littl bigger than a pack of cigarettes.

There is no adjustment as it is self regulating. The idle speed warm should be about 500rpms. When cold I think the setting was 750rpms. One could tell it that it was cold.
