MB Electronic Parts Catalog
Have any readers acquired and installed on their PC a copy (older version) of MB's Electronic Parts Catalog CD's that have been listed on E-bay over the last several weeks. If so, I would be interested to learn the steps you followed to be able to load, activate and use the program. Admittedly, the discs were not really meant for home use and the accompanying instructions indicate that fact. Does anybody know?

You must be able to load both CDs at the same time. If you don't have 2 CD-ROM drives, you'll need to purchase a CD-ROM emulator software package (easily found on the Net by conducting a search).

I just followed the instructions and it worked fine. You have to change your display settings. Mine will only work with msn up.
If you get to the warning screen just hit enter, you`ll see an SLK, Put in your vin# hit enter and your on your way. John |
I bought it too, hoping it would work on Windows ME. It didn't. It only seems to work with XP or NT.
