I'm working on this engine, but have
no manual ergo no pictures or guides
to work with. Does anyone have the
manuals for this model? Specifically
need instruction on how to reinstall the block and heads.

Way don't you try the online partsshop service my be they can order a manual or CD
for your 1978 280SE.
