Question 94 c280 hard start

Hello,

I have a 94 c280 with 90k miles. The vehicle is well maintained and once it starts it runs perfectly. However, over the past few months starting the car cold/ hot has become increasingly difficult. The car cranks with no signs of combustion for minutes (nonconsecutive) and then suddenly fires and runs fine, other times the car starts normally. The car has been to the MB dealer twice for this with no TCs in the computer, they have changed both O2 sensors and basic tune-up components but no improvement. Any suggestions on what to check would be appreciated.

Paul

First things first! OverVolt Protection Relay, aka OVP. Do a search!
