What kind of glue should i use?

Just orderd a hood pad for my 89 420sel from Fastlane,and need the proper adhesive.What kind and where to get it.

I used 3M Super 77 Spary Adheasive. I have 190 16V dark grey and live in TX. The hood pad has been on all summer, with several road trips and it is not even hinting at comming loose.
