Noise
 

power steering noise (kind of hummig noise) is always there in the morning until engine warms up in a few minutes. Then no noise.

Any ideas? fluid level is ok. can it be the belt or is the pump going bad?? any other ideas?

Power steering pump is the main culprit. But you dont specify the location of the humming noise. In the front driver's footwell all MB make a humming noise which I think is the transmission pump

its definitely steering related since the noise changes with turning the steering wheel. but if it is a bad pump why does the noise disapear for the rest of the day after the first few minutes in the morning.
