Help: Headlight Wiper
How do I remove the right headlight wiper motor on a 1994 E320? I removed the bolt near the lower corner of the grill. But know what? I can see that the motor is attached to the headlight, but how do I get the headlight out? or is there an easier way?
Oh, the wiper motor is not working only the right side (the left hand motor is working fine). My plan is to check for power when the wiper wash button is pushed. If power is present and the motor will not turn, I will replace the motor. Any better ideas? I did a search on headlight wiper motors and also looked in my CD. I am still stuck. PLEASE HELP. |
Easier way. Just unplug the motor from the back side fo the headlight and test there. The connection is at the bottom outside edge of the light assmebly. The secrect screws you are looking for is behind the turning signal lens.
