W201 heater core

Anyone ever R&R a heater core in 190E? Does the whole dash need to come out or can it be removed from below?

Thanks.

I'm pretty sure that the whole dash needs to come out.

I'm positive the whole dash and center console needs to come out. I've replaced two heater cores in W201s.

Someone on this board just replaced theirs a couple of weeks ago. Do a search for the procedure.
