HAVING READ A LOT OF OLD POSTS I'M CONFUSED---WHEN I'M STANDING AT THE FRONT OF THE CAR AND THE 1234 CYLINDER HEAD ON A V8 IS ON MY LEFT---IS THIS CLASSED AS THE LEFT OR RIGHT HEAD---THANKS FOR ANY CLARIFICATION--SYD

Right. All things are looked at as if you are sitting in the car. The firing order is 1-5-4-8-6-3-7-2.
