92 300 TE Window cables

While attempting to repair a rear window that would not go up the final inch, I managed to allow the cables to jump the reel. Now the motor and window assembly are on the living room floor. I am not sure of how to set cables on reel. Can someone help me with instructions on how to wind cables on to reel? Thanks.

ok
Got everything reassembled. Re-installed assembly. The window did the same thing as before. Does not stop pulling at the bottom and the stress forces the the anchor nut cover (at the end of the cable) to jump off and the cable to disengage from the window seat. This seems like a problem with the motor or the regulator. Has anyone tinkered with this?
