W126 headlamp plug pin part number help
 

Does anyone know if you can buy the pins inside the plug that connects to the headlamp housing?

This is a female plug that connects to the headlamp housing. Inside the headlamp housing there is wiring for all the various bulbs etc.

I am about to wire in some relays and would like to do this properly by opening the plug up and using new pins so that it all looks factory rather than cutting the existing wiring.

Yes the pin bushings inside the connector are available.The part number for the bushing is 003 545 26 26. The part numbers for the connector housing and cover are 015 545 4928 and 009 545 21 28.
