Question Ignition (103)

Hello,

I saw a thread about a sensor for the ignition that prevent the motor from starting.
The person said that she cleaned it and that the motor started without problem.
Where is mounted this sensor on the engine? I would like to try to clean/change it because I have this problem of warm start currently.
Thank you for your help.

It is the crankshaft/reference sensor that is mounted at the rear of the engine, above the flywheel area. If it is defective, don't waste your time. replace it.

Here are two threads for you to read:

Checking EZL ??? 190E 2.3 won't start...

Well now, This looks suspect!! Flywheel sensor
