Unhappy Urgent help

Regarding my earlier post today, the exhaust actually makes a braaaattttt sound when you step on the accelerator while in a standstill position and this sound comes out somewhere around 2000rpm and goes for a few seconds only and back to the normal rumble sound. Any ideas about this or is it "NORMAL" ??? My Jap cars never make this type of sound. Looks like I will have to make another appointment with my Benz specialist who if he is honest and really knows whats wrong will fix it right away instead of doing a slow trial and error exercise at my expense.

Do you mean "Japanese" cars?

Thanks!
