Would like help on replacing rear rotors on E320

Hi,
I searched for specifics on replacing rear rotors on a 124 E320T and found little.
Could someone please confirm that the procedure to replace rear rotors is similar to that for front rotor replacement - ie broadly speaking
- pull out pads
-remove caliper
- remove disk
- install new disc
If not, please add what I am missing.
Thanks in advance
farrukh

I replaced mine last fall and it was real easy, sounds like you've got the basics down as to how to do it. If you've done the front rotors than you'll have no problem doing the rears!!

Make sure you have your emergency brake off, and you will probably need an old bat or 2x4 to hit the rotors from behind to loosen them after removing the disc retaining screw. If they still don't come out spray lots of WD40 through the lug nut holes and around the hub to loosen. Once you det the rotors off make sure your hub is clean so the new rotor sits flush once installed. I use a wire brush with penetrant to brush off old grease and corrosion.
