'77 450 SEL seat height adjustment
 

On my 77 450 SEL, the front seats are manually adjustable for front and back, height, and rake/recline.

My question regards the manual height adjuster. It is on a pull handle on the side of the seat. I am sure it functions. However, I don't understand how - and the manual is in German (Euro model).

Can someone explain and walk me precisely through how the height adjuster works. Many thanks.
