After driving my 190E in hot days[100F]I find
oil deposit in air filter area.Is that worn pistons rings?

This is very normal. Mercedes did not integrate the blow by hose with the intake on this car as they did with some other models. I think the hose/ hole for the crank case vent was too small. All 190 2.3 have this problem. I would not worry.
