1972 250 owners manual

My wife and I recently acquired a 1972 250, which save for some exterior cosmetics, is in great shape. It did not come with the owners manual and I need some info on the basics (ie. what does that switch below the ashtray that lights up when you pull it out do?, where does the automatic transmission fluid go?, is that really the original jack?, etc.)

If anyone has one, either electronic, original, or photocopy, i'd love to take a look at it. The service cd is going to take a week or so to get and I'd love to take a lesurely drive this weekend without the car blowing up...

any help would be appreciated.

best,

anthony nelson
