I started troubleshooting the AC in my 190E on Saturday, with the help of the article that George Murphy was kind enough to send me. I dissambled the pushbutton control unit. I found several traces burnt off the board. Repaired the board and tried it out. Still no compressor action. I'm now looking for the KLIMA relay to no avail. There is an empty socket behind the fuel pump relay...is this the location for the KLIMA??? Thanks all!

My 1988 190E A/C relay is located directly behind the fuel pump relay. It is about the
same size like the FP relay and I guess it is not cheap as well. |

Paul,
Could you e-mail me a copy of the info that George sent you? I'm having trouble with my A/C on my 85 190e too. Thanks, Corey CDawkins@USA.COM |
