Any who has replaced their upholstery, quick question...
I've almost got all the hog rings back in. Need to know what my next step should be:
A - tack the liner to the horsehair pad, then mount on the spring box. B - mount the pad to the spring box, then tack the liner to the pad before rolling over the leather. Thanks, I'll check back soon as I push in and bend the last four hog rings.

Careful study showed it looked like the pad should slip on first. I did it that way, then tacked the liner to the pad.
One cushion finished. Now working on backrest disassembly.
