I have noticed coolant leaks on the floor after I turn off the engine, not when it is running. What could it be? I've ruled out the overflow tank. This has been happening for about 700 miles now. Could the waterpump be getting ready to go? How much in parts & labor to fix?

It is possible that the water pump is leaking, but with a vehicle with a lot of miles it could be an assortment of things. There is a "weep" hole on the bottom of the pump that would indicate a pump leak. Take a mirror and a light and look at the hole to see if any coolant is present. Anymore than a drop or two means it's time for a new pump.

Yes, as stated, always check the water pump for coolant leaks. And while looking examine the radiator, the seams may leak on the ones with the plastic tanks. Still cannot find the leak, next would be the hoses and clamps.
