W124 Illumionated Door Sills '95 E320

Need Some Help !!

Been looking for W124 Iluminated door sills for quite sometime. People say Ebay, I haven't seen any there for quite a while. Others say the dealership, tons and tons of money. Any idea where I could find a set ? Also, are some made of aluminum and others chrome or stainless steel ?
