123 idler arm washers
 

I did a search but could not find the answer, so here goes. After removing the idler arm bolt and hardware ( to replace the bushings) I lost track of the washer placement in the stack.

What I can't figure out is where the stepped washer goes!

I think I know that the bolt goes through the thick washer, then the "hat" cover and then the thin washer which is on the bottom next to the nut but where does the stepped washer go, top above the hat? Under the hat (steps up or down) or under the large thin washer next to the nylock nut?
